Leading developer Lovell Homes is making it easier for members of the Armed Forces to buy their dream home at its Drummond Park development in Ludgershall, by offering a special Armed Forces discount of £500 for every £25,000 spent on the purchase of a new home.*

Drummond Park is a stunning range of two, three and four-bedroom homes, located on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot.

Active members of the British Armed Forces can make the move to a fantastic new home at Drummond Park with the help of the Armed Forces discount.

Serving members of the Army, Navy, RAF and MoD personnel are eligible to receive £500 for every £25,000 spent on the purchase price of their new Lovell home. This exclusive discount can be used in conjunction with the Government’s Forces Help to Buy scheme.

Under the Forces Help to Buy scheme, military personnel can borrow up to 50 per cent of their annual salary, up to a maximum of £25,000, which can be spent on a deposit or go towards moving costs such as solicitor’s fees.

The scheme is specially designed to help military personnel to buy their first property, and the loan can be repaid over a period of 10 years.

Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “We understand the importance of having a permanent base for members of the Armed Forces, so are very proud to be helping them get onto the property ladder by offering our exclusive Armed Forces discount at Drummond Park, and to be informing personnel of the Government’s Forces Help to Buy scheme.

“Drummond Park is a beautiful development, with a thriving new community and a range of properties that military personnel can call home. We’d encourage anyone who is interested to get it touch without delay, to make the most of these wonderful incentives.”
