Leading developer Lovell Homes has begun work on a stylish selection of homes at Saredon Gardens in Coven, after members of Coven Parish Council visited the site to officially ‘break the ground’.

Chairman of the Parish Council, Councillor Richard Dakin, visited the development located off School Lane, alongside Councillor Christine Smythe, Councillor Moira Alden-Court, Councillor Wendy Sutton, Councillor Peter Knight and Councillor Janis Bradshaw. The VIPs met with Lovell regional managing director Stuart Penn and other Lovell representatives to take a tour of the site and learn more about the project.

Due to launch towards the end of the year, Saredon Gardens will bring a mix of 63 two, three and four-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom dormer bungalows, including 37 open market properties, 13 for private rent and 13 shared ownership.

Perfect for all types of buyer, including first time buyers, growing families, upsizers and downsizers, this development provides a selection of nine home styles to choose from, allowing each purchaser to find their dream Lovell home to suit their individual lifestyle.

Lovell regional managing director Stuart Penn said: “We are so excited to have started work on Saredon Gardens. We are the first housing development in Coven for many years so we are thrilled we are able to provide a flexible, modern and innovative partnership solution with different tenures available. “Construction work is now taking shape and we are looking forward to launching our marketing suite and showhomes in the Winter 19/20.

Lovell regional sales director Trish Foster added: “Coven is a beautiful village in the South Staffordshire district, boasting the perfect location to settle down into a beautiful new Lovell home. Saredon Gardens has already received a lot of interest, and I would urge any potential purchasers to register their interest to be added to our priority mailing list now and avoid missing out.

All homes at Saredon Gardens will be carefully crafted with Lovell Homes’ inspiring style, unrivalled quality and exceptional value, all of which are hallmarks of a Lovell home. As well as this, each Lovell home is designed with energy efficiency in mind, protecting the environment for future generations.
