The latest phase of a popular new homes development in Telford is pioneering contemporary elevational treatments in order to break the mould and offer homebuyers something new.

The leading housebuilder, Lovell Homes, is on a mission to deliver high-quality homes with a strong sense of character.

Across two phases of the Queensbury Park development, in Priorslee, Telford, the site will contrast traditional and contemporary styles of homes. The objective is to elevate the site out of its surroundings so it can flourish as a unique and desirable place to call home.

The first phase of traditional style homes borrows and references historical architectural elements. The Chatsworth is one of the most popular home styles in this category. One of the Chatsworth’s most interesting features is its tile detail on the bay window, spanning from the ground floor up to the first floor.

The Chatsworth has proved its popularity among homebuyers, selling out on the first phase, with only two homes remaining on the second phase pending release.

Complementing the first phase of more traditional street scenes, the final phase of homes at Queensbury Park will take on a more contemporary look, the homes will have large anthracite grey windows, grey cladding and stone effect window surrounds, opting for less ornamental detailing.

The Castleford is one of the most distinctive contemporary styles on the development. It’s a three-storey feature building which will sit on the corners of the development. The development’s interesting juxtapositions means it will achieve some exciting places to call home.

Heather Birch, 32, is an architect for Lovell Homes, she is one of the architect who has overseen this project, she said:

“We have attempted to create something different with this development. We wanted to bring something fresh to the market. “Homebuyers should consider looking into these properties because it’s a fantastic opportunity to purchase something different on the Priorslee market. It has been designed and built with care and consideration. We have really endeavoured to create the best environment we can for people to call home.”

Homes at Queensbury Park are priced from £210,000, and there are currently 10 properties available. To find out more visit https://www.lovell.co.uk/developments/queensbury-park/ or call the sales office on 01952 701990.
