Lovell Homes enjoyed a fantastic response to its first exclusive event for potential home buyers at its new Shawbrook Manor development in Leyland, with a number of homes reserved on the night.

Lovell Homes’ latest development in Lancashire is a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom stylish and contemporary homes, located less than two miles from Leyland train station, a stone’s throw from stunning Lancashire countryside and just minutes from the M6.

As part of the Government’s ‘Accelerated Construction’ initiative, all homes at Shawbrook Manor will be completed within a timeframe of 36 months - double the monthly rate for the area - and incorporate modern methods of construction (MMC).

Hosting an invitation-only event at Leyland Golf Club, Lovell Homes showed potential buyers the layout of the development and provided them with information on the fantastic specification available in each home. The event also gave visitors the opportunity to find out more about the two bedroom bungalows which will be available at Shawbrook Manor. Following the event, the Shawbrook Manor sales team will now be based at Lovell’s nearby Oaktree Grange development in Clayton-le-Woods until the show homes at Shawbrook Manor open later this year.

Anne-Marie O’Doherty, Lovell NW regional sales director said: “We’ve had a lot of interest in Shawbrook Manor over the last few months and this VIP event gave us the opportunity to meet potential buyers and really showcase the site for the first time. “We’ve had a wonderful response, with a number of homes reserved, and we’re looking forward to welcoming buyers to Oaktree Grange over the next few months, where they can look round our fantastic show homes there and talk through the range of house types which will be available at Shawbrook Manor.”
