Leading developer Lovell Homes has recently launched the sales of its brand new Golwg Y Bryn development in Ebbw Vale.
The sales launch took place at Lovell’s nearby Ymyl Yr Afon development in Merthyr, where queues of people turned up to find out more about the newly available homes and to reserve their preferred property from the first release.
Located off Waun-Y-Pound Road at Bryn Serth, the upcoming development will provide a stylish collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes and is due to open its brand-new marketing suite and showhomes at the end of this year.
The successful launch saw six reservations in less than an hour out of the eight available homes, with only two homes now remaining in the first release.
