Leading housebuilder Lovell Homes opened the doors to its showhome at the popular Queensbury Park development on Saturday 24th August, where local zoo the Exotic Zoo brought some of its most interesting animals to the development for locals to pet.

The desirable Telford development, located just off York Road, was open for both adults and children to get up close and personal with a selection of animals, including meerkats, snakes, owls and giant bugs. Visitors were also able to take a look around the showhomes first hand, to get a feel for the beautiful homes available to purchase.

Queensbury Park is a stylish selection of brand new two, three and four-bedroom homes, with two beautiful showhomes open for the public to view as well as a modern Inspirations Suite, showcasing all of the design options available in Lovell’s Inspirations range allowing customers to upgrade and design the interior of their new Lovell home.

The Exotic Zoo is located just 0.4 miles away from the popular Telford development, perfect for residents looking for something to do at the weekend or to keep children entertained throughout the summer holidays.

Trish Foster, regional sales director at Lovell Homes said: “It was great to learn more about the animals the Exotic Zoo have, and showcase these to our visitors. “This was the perfect activity for house hunters in the Telford area to do this Bank Holiday weekend. The children were entertained by the animals whilst the parents were able to take a look around our beautiful showhomes and speak with us to find out how they could be the lucky owners of a brand new Lovell home.”

Homes at Queensbury Park are available to purchase using the Government backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme, allowing purchasers to buy their dream home with just a 5% deposit. The remaining amount is made up from a 75% mortgage and a 20% equity loan.

The town centre of Telford is less than three miles away with a great selection of shops and restaurants. For families, Priorslee is perfectly surrounded by schools with good Ofsted ratings nearby.
