Lovell Homes has helped to improve Chapel-en-le-Frith Primary School’s outdoor learning area.

After visiting the school earlier in the year, Lovell Homes decided to help the school out in cutting back some of the trees and removing the old rubbish to help create a larger open outdoor area where the children can learn about gardening and horticulture.

The leading developer is currently selling homes at its nearby development,  The Coppice located just off Manchester Road in Chapel-en-le-Frith, providing an exciting selection of three, four and five-bedroom homes.

Jacquie Barber, Headteacher at Chapel-en-le-Frith Primary School said: “Thank you Lovell for all of the support that has been given to the school recently. We are very grateful for all of time and human resources that were kindly given to help improve our Nursery garden that had become very overgrown.

“The new area will now enable our children to have access to the garden to grow vegetables that they can then cook here at school. The children are very excited with their newly improved garden and are looking forward to Lovell trying some of our produce from the area.”

Toni Boden, regional sales manager said: “We are so thrilled to be able to continue helping the pupils at Chapel-en-le-Frith Primary school.

“We hope the outdoor area is used as much as possible by the school and we look forward to hearing what they decide to plant there.”

With just four homes remaining for sale at this sought after development, potential purchasers are being encouraged to enquire into The Coppice to avoid disappointment.

The rural market town of Chapel-en-le-Frith is home to idyllic walks and stunning scenery. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall are ideal for family days out, all within easy reach.

With the remaining homes priced from £309,995, purchasers can buy their dream Lovell home with just a 5% deposit using the Government backed Help to Buy scheme. The remaining price of the home is made up of a 20% equity loan and 70% mortgage.
