The sales office and showhomes at Cowper Place are expected to open in late March, with the first homes expected to be available to move into in the Spring.
The Government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme is available at both Orchard Place and Cowper Place for first and second-time buyers alike. The popular scheme enables purchasers to purchase a brand-new Lovell home with only a 5% deposit. The remaining amount is made up with a 75% mortgage and 20% equity loan, which is interest free for the first five years.
