New showhome now open at popular Greylees development after family fun day on Easter Saturday

Local developer Lovell Homes invited families to come and visit The Oaks development in Greylees on Saturday (20th) for an exclusive family fun day to celebrate the launch of the brand new four-bedroom Cotterdale style showhome.

Parents were able to take a look around the beautiful homes available enjoying a gin from the Lovell gin van whilst their children were entertained by the free face painter, ice cream van, goody bags and the Lovell Homes drawing competition.

The development, located off Murrayfield Avenue, is a selection of 35 two, three and four-bedroom homes, perfect for all types of purchaser looking to settle down in the thriving area of Lincolnshire.

All visitors who visited the development on Saturday were able to take a look around the wonderful showhomes and experience the true quality of a Lovell home first hand, whilst experiencing the friendly development and its beautiful surroundings.

Becca Greenwood, field sales manager at Lovell Homes said: “It was so great to see all of the visitors enjoying the family fun day. The children loved the face painting and ice creams and we had some very good entries in our drawing competition!

“It was a great chance for the parents to take a look around the showhomes whilst the children were distracted, so they could take in
the full beauty of the homes available.

“The homes proved extremely popular throughout the weekend so I would encourage anyone who is interested in purchasing one of these beautiful homes to come and visit us to avoid missing out on their dream Lovell home!”

Situated in the picturesque village of Greylees, The Oaks is surrounded by many local amenities including a primary school, a shop, Sleaford Golf Course and Rauceby train station. Greylees is located on the outskirts of the popular Lincolnshire town of Sleaford, just off the A15.
