Leading housebuilder Lovell Homes has appointed sales executive Ceri Rayson to its Keepers Gate development in Weston-super-Mare as part of its expansion plans in the South West.
Somerset-born Ceri has almost 15 years sales experience within the housebuilding industry as well as a degree in Business Studies from Plymouth University.
Lovell has doubled the sales team at Keepers Gate with Ceri’s appointment due to the popularity of the development, and she will also support the business’ plans to launch its second development in Weston-super-Mare early next year.
Ceri’s role will involve guiding buyers through their entire homebuying journey, from their initial enquiry at Keepers Gate, and eventually Foxglove Meadows, to collecting the keys to their brand-new Lovell home.
Ceri said: “I’m extremely grateful to Lovell for enabling my role to start during a worldwide pandemic and I’ve been really impressed at how the company is operating with virtual meetings, bookable appointments at the development and social distancing measures in place.
