A development of nearly 50 brand new, high quality homes from leading housebuilder Lovell is due to launch to the public this Friday (23rd June).

Four one and two bedroom apartments and 43 three, four and five bedroom houses are now under construction at a site called The Coppice which is located on Manchester Road and which was formerly grazing land.

Built to a high specification and available in seven different styles, the beautifully designed luxury stone built houses each have their own garage complete with a block paved driveway.

The kitchens in the luxurious homes also include Bosch appliances to make moving in even easier, including a single electric oven, a five ring gas hob, an integrated microwave, an integrated fridge freezer and an integrated dishwasher.

There are five different four bedroom home styles, which offer choice for prospective homebuyers. For example, The Furlow has separate living and dining room areas while the Langton and Cracken both have an open plan kitchen and dining room area with a separate living room. 14 of the properties will be affordable, available for rent and shared ownership via the Peaks & Plains Housing Trust.

All Lovell homes are built with a 10 year National House Building Council (NHBC) warranty, meaning that homebuyers can be assured that they are buying a home built to the latest industry standards.

Justine Elliot, Sales Director at Lovell Homes said: “We are delighted to be building a new development so close to the Peak District. Chapel-en-le-Frith is a beautiful town and an ideal place for couples and families to spend quality time together.

“The Coppice is an attractive development and we have designed homes suitable for all kinds of homebuyers. We are also proud to offer affordable housing which could make a real difference for some people.”

Known as the ‘Capital of the Peak District’, Chapel-en-le-Frith is a beautiful market town with idyllic walks and stunning scenery. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall are within easy reach, which are ideal for family days out. The area is also well connected with road and rail networks.

With prices starting from £294,995, homebuyers are advised to enquire quickly as the luxurious homes are likely to sell fast once they are on the market.
