New Dewside homes spark sales rush!

Excited buyers have given a definite thumbs-up to homes at Lovell’s newly-launched Dewside development.

Half-a-dozen homes at the stylish King’s Lynn development have already sold less than a week after the official opening event. Purchasers have also staked their claim on a number of homes yet to be released by taking out ‘Early Bird’ reservations.

Dewside’s brand-new marketing suite, two show homes (the three-bed Ouse and four-bedroom Glaven house styles) and two-bed Nar view home are now open from Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm. With such strong interest in these high-quality homes, situated just to the north of Lynn’s historic town centre, Lovell is encouraging interested buyers to speak to the sales team.

“Following a well-attended launch, our newly open show and view homes continue to be extremely popular with visitors,” says Lovell regional sales manager Adrian Garrood. “We’re absolutely delighted with the response, particularly all the positive comments about our show complex. Following so many early sales we’ve brought forward the release of the next phase of homes at the development and our advice to buyers is not to delay getting in touch.

“Reserving at an early stage means you can be certain of securing the plot location and house style that’s right for you – and it gives you more opportunities to ensure your new living space reflects your own taste by taking full advantage of Lovell’s Inspirations scheme.”

Inspirations enables buyers who reserve early on in the build process to customise their interior space by choosing fixtures and fittings for their new home. Depending on the stage of construction, the range allows buyers to select items such as tiles, carpets, Hammonds fitted wardrobes and kitchen upgrades enabling you to create an individual home environment in tune with your lifestyle and personal taste.

Dewside – where the first residents are set to move in later this year – is the newest phase of a major partnership between Lovell and the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, which is creating much-needed high-quality new-build homes for the area.

Homes available to reserve now include the two-bedroom Nar house style (from £177,500) which would be an ideal first-time purchase and is available to look round as a view home. For buyers looking for more space, three-bedroom homes start from £207,000 for the Ouse house style (a house type which is also open as a show home). The three-bed Babingley house type, which has spacious accommodation over two-and-a-half storeys, including a stunning master bedroom occupying the entire top of the house, starts from £247,500. Currently, just one four-bedroom Glaven house style (also available to view as a show property) is for sale at £267,500. The extra good news for buyers is that they can use the Help to Buy – Equity Loan* scheme, allowing them to secure their new home with a Government loan of up to 20 per cent of the property’s value, on all homes at Dewside.
