Midlands homebuyers give Lovell Homes top Gold rating for customer satisfaction

Positive ratings from homebuyers have earned Midlands developer Lovell Homes – which is currently building the brand-new Eden Valley development in Walsall - a top award for customer satisfaction in an independent national survey.

The company has been presented with the Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction following an industry survey by customer experience and market research specialist In-house Research.

Customers who bought a home from Lovell during 2015 were asked a series of questions, including whether they would recommend the company based on the overall experience of buying their home.

It found that 93 per cent of 142 customers surveyed in the Midlands were happy to recommend Lovell - earning the region the coveted Gold award.

“Ensuring that customers are happy with their homes and with every aspect of their homebuying experience is our absolute priority and something that all our teams work very hard to achieve,” says Lovell regional sales manager Kelly Sharman.

“We’re thrilled that the In-house survey has underlined the emphasis we place on providing exceptional customer service and delighted that so many of our customers would recommend both our homes and the service we provide.”

In-house, which works with many of the major UK housebuilders, carries out its surveys by telephone with all customers contacted in order to get a fair and representative picture. Tom Weston, In-house head of client liaison, says: “It’s been a challenging year with legal completions higher than in 2014 and many builders struggling with increased volumes but overall customer satisfaction and recommendation scores have remained high. This shows a great deal of continued focus on the importance of customer satisfaction.”

Current Lovell developments in the Midlands include Eden Valley in Walsall. Following strong sales at the development, just over a mile from the town centre, Lovell has only a limited number of homes available, so buyers are advised to act quickly. The Keinton two-bedroom house style, a perfect starter home, is offered from £124,950 (£99,960 after a Help to Buy Equity Loan*) – a price at which there is no stamp duty to pay. Lovell has also released for sale its two-bedroom former show home, the attractive Fenton house style, priced at £134,950 (£107,960 after a Help to Buy: Equity Loan).
