Lovell Homes customers in the Midlands have rated the company outstanding with 95% of homeowners stating they would recommend the Midlands region to a friend.
In-house, the company who conducted the study spoke with customers who have recently purchased a home from Lovell Midlands, allowing the developer to hear and understand the voice of their customer, to ensure each purchaser is receiving the best possible service.
The survey gave purchasers a chance to speak openly about their experience from the initial point of interest all the way to receiving the keys to their brand new home, to find that 95% of Lovell homeowners were extremely satisfied and would recommend the region to a friend.
With developments within Worcestershire, the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Shropshire, Lovell Midlands has maintained a consistent high standard of customer service, as well as build quality and high specification as standard.
Glynis and Neil Calow have recently purchased a home at Lovell’s Kings Crest development in Stafford.
