Lovell Homes offers a helping hand to Louth property seekers

Leading housebuilder Lovell Homes is encouraging property seekers in Louth to attend a ‘Helping Hands’ event at its Tennyson Fields development this weekend.

The event, which will take place this Saturday 22nd February from 11am to 4pm and Sunday 23rd February from 10am to 5pm, is being held to inform homeseekers how they can upgrade their property to a brand-new Lovell home with no estate agents’ fees.

The New Homes Group, leading experts in property services will also be available at the development this Saturday to offer property advice and answer any questions that potential purchasers may have on the home moving process.

Lovell’s Helping Hands scheme works as an assisted move where Lovell will arrange independent valuations of the existing property, where a marketing price then is agreed on.

The purchaser’s chosen Lovell home will then be reserved for an agreed period of time whilst the estate agents find a buyer for their current property, leaving the purchaser to enjoy their brand-new Lovell home once the sale has completed.

Lovell Homes takes pride in making the next step on the property ladder as easy as possible by helping purchasers’ sell their current property without any large estate agents’ bill to pay.

Colette Ben Tarcha, sales director at Lovell, said: “The Helping Hands scheme is an excellent way for homeowners to move without the added hassle and stress.

“I’d encourage any potential purchasers to visit the Tennyson Fields development this weekend where they can speak with The New Homes Group and our sales team to find our more about the Helping Hands scheme.”

Located off Chestnut Drive, Tennyson Fields is a stylish collection of 70 two, three and four-bedroom homes, all built with Lovell Homes’ inspiring style, unrivalled quality and exceptional value.

The development is set on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, a picturesque area which is great for walkers, cyclists and horse rides.

Louth is a picturesque market town in east Lincolnshire, with a high street filled with local shops, a selection of primary and secondary schools, a modern leisure centre and other local amenities.
