Lovell Homes NW is delighted to announce its sponsorship of this year’s Leyland Festival.
Taking place this Saturday, Leyland Festival is planning to put on the ‘Greatest Show in Lancashire’ with former Liberty X band member and 2016 winner of The Voice headlining the festival’s main stage, alongside an action-packed day brimming with activities including a car show, Paws in the Park (the festival’s annual dog show), a fairground, sports arena and food court.
Showcasing the best of the area, local businesses will be exhibiting and hosting stalls, including Lovell Homes. Head to the Lovell Homes stand to hear more about Lovell’s developments in the local area, Oaktree Grange in Clayton-le-Woods and Shawbrook Manor in Leyland – and receive a goody bag containing treats for you and any canine friends!* Children are also being invited to paint a stone at the stall which will be incorporated into a display outside the new show homes at Shawbrook Manor, opening later this year.
Anne-Marie O’Doherty, Lovell NW regional sales director said: “The Leyland Festival is hugely popular so we’re delighted to be sponsoring the event this year and showing our support. Our team are really looking forward to meeting lots of visitors on the day and talking to them about our developments in the local area so we’d encourage people to stop by and say hello and pick up a Lovell Homes goody bag!”
Oaktree Grange in Clayton-le-Woods offers a selection of stylish and contemporary 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, only a few minutes’ drive from Leyland town centre. Both thoughtfully-designed and family orientated, homes at Oaktree Grange offer a wealth of sustainable materials and a premium specification, including premium brand name appliances such as Bosch and ceramic tiling from Porcelanosa. Oaktree Grange also features a playground and lots of open space, making it an ideal development for growing families.
Shawbrook Manor is Lovell Homes’ latest development in Leyland offering a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, located less than two miles from Leyland train station and just minutes from the M6.
