Leading partnerships developer Lovell Homes has unveiled the brand-new showhomes at its sought- after Drummond Park development in Ludgershall, on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot.

Drummond Park will consist of a beautiful collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, perfect for young professionals, couples and growing families alike.

The event took place on Saturday 20th August and attendees were treated to a special performance from the renowned Andover Ladies Choir.

As part of the event, Lovell Homes opened the doors to three showhomes, the three-bedroom Lansdown, the four-bedroom two and a half storey Ombersley, and the four-bedroom Stockwood.

Now that the showhomes have launched, homebuyers can book an appointment with the sales team to visit the development, tour the showhomes, and find out more about the properties available to purchase.

Interested buyers wanting to see more of Drummond Park can also view a development flythrough video on the official Drummond Park page.

Julie Bowen, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “We were delighted to see so many new faces at the launch event and are thrilled that everyone had a great time.

“Drummond Park is a stunning development featuring homes that would be ideal for everyone, from first-time buyers and growing families, to commuters and downsizers. There are just two homes left for 2022 completion, making this the final chance to move to Drummond Park this year.

“This development is in high demand, so we would highly encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch right away to avoid missing out.”

The two homes currently available at Drummond Park that are set for completion in 2022 are two four-bedroom Roseberrys. The remaining homes at the development are set for completion in 2023.

Drummond Park will feature a collection of 309 two, three and four-bedroom open market Lovell homes, as well as 103 affordable homes – 40 per cent shared ownership and 60 per cent affordable rent – for leading housing provider Stonewater.

This year, Lovell Homes achieved a five-star rating with the Home Builders Federation and gold for customer service with In-house Research, meaning an impressive 98 per cent of customers in the South Wales and South West would recommend Lovell to family and friends.
