Leading developer Lovell Homes is celebrating sales success across its South Wales and South West region, where only six homes are available to move into for June 2021.

According to recent research, the delivery of new homes has continued to increase since the first initial lifting of lockdown restrictions last year, with 47 completions on Lovell homes already taking place in 2021.

For South Wales homebuyers, only two chances remain to move to Golwg Y Bryn, located off Blue Lake Close in Ebbw Vale. These final two three-bedroom Lambourne style homes, priced from £201,495, will mark the end of this fast-selling, successful development ahead of time.

Lovell Homes is also offering a one-time-only offer of £5,000 off the purchase price on reservations made by 30th April*, so don’t miss out! Golwg Y Bryn consists of a stunning collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, all of which have been thoughtfully designed with their own unique character.

Four three and four-bedroom homes are available for purchasers looking to make a move this summer at two Weston-super-Mare developments.

Situated off Wentwood Drive, Keepers Gate is a desirable, bespoke collection of three and four-bedroom homes with breathtaking views over the Bristol Channel. Only one three-bedroom Waverley style home is remaining, priced at £376,995.

For those who require more space, two four-bedroom Balmoral style homes are available, priced from £465,995. This detached property boasts a spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining/family room with French doors to the rear garden and a designated study, perfect for professionals homeworking or students learning remotely.

The recently launched Foxglove Meadows is a stylish range of two, three and four-bedroom homes located off Woodside Avenue near to Hutton, where two brand-new showhomes are now open for keen property seekers to visit by appointment only. This popular development has already received high demand, with homes available to purchase off-plan.

The four-bedroom Tennyson style home has proven popular, with only one home currently available to move into for June, priced £375,995. This contemporary home features an open-plan kitchen/dining room and a generous living room, both with French doors leading out onto the enclosed garden, as well as a dedicated study. Upstairs, bedroom one benefits from a private en-suite and fitted wardrobes for an added luxurious feel.

Prospective purchasers seeking additional support on the home moving process can live chat with Lovell Homes from the comfort of their own homes via the Live Chat feature on its website. Here, buyers can have dedicated, one-on-one conversations with a qualified sales executive virtually, helping them continue their property search as lockdown eases and make well-informed decisions in their own time, without having to travel.

Julie Bowen, regional sales director at Lovell, said: “We’re thrilled at how popular our developments have been across the whole region. Golwg Y Bryn and Keepers Gate are coming up to completion and our newly revealed Foxglove Meadows development has proved immediately popular, with the first release of two and three-bedroom homes selling out off-plan much quicker than we expected.

“Throughout the pandemic, the Live Chat feature on our website has also been a huge success and many buyers who utilised it go on to make reservations. At Lovell, it’s important to us to make the home buying process as stress-free as possible, and with Live Chat it’s never been easier to reserve a Lovell home online. Potential purchasers are offered the same level of support that they would receive in-person in the marketing suites, and it’s also a great place for them to enquire about our upcoming developments.

“We couldn’t be prouder of our success across the South Wales and South West region, especially against the challenges of the pandemic. We have exciting plans for growth as many of our active developments come close to an end, and are looking forward to continuing this success throughout 2021 and beyond.

“All of the homes at Golwg Y Bryn and Keepers Gate have now been released for sale, meaning this is the last chance buyers have to make a move to these wonderful developments this June. Homes at Foxglove Meadows are currently available off-plan and only a few properties are available for 2021. I’d encourage anyone interested to get in touch with our sales teams without delay to avoid missing out, as I don’t expect these six properties will be around for long.”

Homebuyers can benefit from the extended Stamp Duty (Land Transaction Tax) holiday when purchasing selected Lovell homes across all three developments, with legal completions made by 30th June 2021*.

In South Wales, homes at Golwg Y Bryn can be purchased with just a 5% deposit using the current Government-backed Help to Buy – Wales scheme, with reservations made before 31st March 2021*. The remaining amount is made up from a 75% mortgage and a 20% equity loan, which is interest free for the first five years.

In line with Government guidance, prospective purchasers can visit the developments by appointment only, 10am to 5pm seven days a week. For more information and to book your appointment, visit www.lovell.co.uk.
