Cwmbran resident Amy Emanuel-Jones has a key role in the new-look Lovell team which has just unveiled high-quality housing development Oakfield Grange in her own home town.

Experienced new homes sales executive Amy is thrilled to be using her expertise at the development which is making an instant impression on homebuyers - a third of available properties have already been snapped up. Oakfield Grange’s two-, three- and four-bedroom homes feature an appealing mix of family-friendly homes and properties perfect for young professionals and downsizers.

Amy says: “Oakfield Grange is going to be a lovely community and, as someone who’s lived in Cwmbran since I was four, I feel proud to have been part of the development from such an early stage.

“It’s not surprising that we’ve already received significant interest in these homes. There’s such a lot to like here including a variety of plot sizes, lovely house styles and tremendous attention to detail, as well as a location which is just one mile from the town centre and two miles to the M4.”

Having worked in the property sector since leaving school, Amy’s career has included extensive experience in new homes sales, gained on housing developments in south-east Wales and across the border. “The best part of the job is that every day is different,” she says. “I love that I get to meet new people and help them secure their ideal home by guiding them through the whole buying process.”

Highly experienced Lovell sales executive Megs Osler joins Amy in the new sales force at Oakfield Grange. The development team also includes newly-promoted trainee site manager Chester Rowles, from Caerleon who is building the next stage of his career at Oakfield Grange as part of the site management team led by newly-appointed site manager Dean Ford, who is a National House-Building Council Pride in the Job Quality Award winner.

Lovell regional sales director Julie Bowen says: “I’m delighted that we have such experienced and capable teams – both in terms of sales and construction – in place at Oakfield Grange and bringing their wide mix of professional expertise to the scheme. Everyone is very excited to be opening up new options for homebuyers locally through this superb development.”

Following strong early sales, just a small number of homes are currently available at Oakfield Grange. They include the two-bedroom semi-detached Austen house style – the ideal first step on to the property ladder – which is available, with two parking spaces, at £162,500 (£130,000 after a Help to Buy – Wales Equity Loan*).

The three-bedroom detached Keats house style, with three parking spaces, is priced at £226,000 (£180,800 after a Help to Buy – Wales Equity Loan), while the three-bedroom detached Chaucer house style, with garage and two parking spaces, is offered at £232,500 (£186,000 after a Help to Buy – Wales Equity Loan).

Location-wise, Oakfield Grange is ideal for anyone working in Cwmbran or Newport and has the great advantage of access to the M4 without the need to use the Brynglas tunnels. You’re also within easy reach of some beautiful countryside. Families can choose from a wide range of primary schools as well as Cwmbran High School and Caerleon Comprehensive School while the nearest colleges are in Newport and Gwent.

Exclusive fixed rate mortgages and free financial advice are currently available at the development. Visit the marketing suite at Oakfield Grange, Cwmbran, Torfaen NP44 3DU to find out more.
