Launched by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk in partnership with leading developer Lovell, Orchard Place has seen phenomenal sales since launching earlier this summer. With only one property currently available, a new phase of homes will be released during the show home opening event in response to demand.
Visitors to the weekend launch will also be able to speak to an Independent Financial Advisor offering free information on mortgages and ways of making home buying more affordable, including the Government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan* scheme which is available on all homes at Orchard Place.
Created by experts at Norfolk-based interior design specialists Home Stagers, the new show properties are bound to add to the buzz surrounding the fast-selling scheme, explains Lovell regional sales manager Adrian Garrood:
