Eagerly-awaited show homes at the brand-new King’s Lynn development, Orchard Place, will open to the public on Saturday, 11 November and Sunday, 12 November, from 10am to 5pm.
In the spotlight over the launch weekend will be two spectacular full show properties: the three-bedroom Braeburn house type, an ideal second-time buy, and the four-bedroom Pippin house style featuring spacious, contemporary interiors designed with families in mind. Visitors will also be able to explore the new two-bedroom Bramley view home, a home perfect for buyers taking their first step on to the property ladder.
Launched by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk in partnership with leading developer Lovell, Orchard Place has seen phenomenal sales since launching earlier this summer. With only one property currently available, a new phase of homes will be released during the show home opening event in response to demand.
Visitors to the weekend launch will also be able to speak to an Independent Financial Advisor offering free information on mortgages and ways of making home buying more affordable, including the Government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan* scheme which is available on all homes at Orchard Place.
Created by experts at Norfolk-based interior design specialists Home Stagers, the new show properties are bound to add to the buzz surrounding the fast-selling scheme, explains Lovell regional sales manager Adrian Garrood:
“Stepping inside a show property is the best way to get a taste of what living at this development will be like, as well as appreciate the high quality of the build, design and finishing and the immense care which has gone into features such as fixtures and fittings. We’ve had a fantastic response to Orchard Place already, with 16 full reservations and 12 ‘Early Bird’ reservations taken so far. The launch of the new show homes is a great opportunity for homeseekers who haven’t visited us yet to find out why the development is proving such a runaway success – and to make sure they don’t miss out on the next phase of homes!”
Strong sales have left just one property now available at Orchard Place, the four-bedroom Lambourne house style at £239,950 (or £191,960 after a Help to Buy: Equity Loan). To be first in line for the next phase of homes, make a date for the launch event on the weekend of 11 and 12 November.
The marketing suite is also open from 10am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday, at Orchard Place, off Marsh Lane, King’s Lynn, PE30 3AD.
