Lovell Homes recently held a festive community event for residents at its Heath Farm development in Holt.
Residents were sent personal invitations to attend the get-together, including those whom have purchased a home at the development but have not yet moved in to allow them to get to know their new neighbours.
Kate Smith, who moved into the development with her husband Paul last December, said: “This is the second year we’ve attended the annual festive community event at the development and after moving from Surrey last December, we initially knew very few people in the local area.
“Lovell has taken every opportunity to build a community at Heath Farm and we’re extremely grateful as it’s enabled us to make so many true friends that also live at the development. Heath Farm really does feel like its own community on the edge of an even bigger community in Holt itself.”
Natasha Baring, field sales manager at Lovell, said: “We’re thrilled to be able to host community events for our residents and can clearly see the difference that it has made to their lives and the community itself.
“Many of our residents move to Holt from out of area and know few people locally so we work really hard to bring our residents together to enable them to build friendships with one another.”
