Leading developer’s East Anglia region awarded Gold Investors in People Accreditation

Norwich-based partnership homes developer Lovell has been awarded the prestigious ‘We invest in people’ gold accreditation.

Gold accreditation is only awarded to 17% of Investors in People’s accredited organisations, and means that Lovell is a great employer as well as being an outperforming place to work.

The leading housebuilder directly employs high-skilled people at every stage of a project, as well as investing in raw talent, such as apprentices and management trainees, to build the next generation of Lovell employees.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage staff effectively, and highlighting a company’s success in ensuring learning opportunities are available to everyone. 

Commenting on the award, Simon Medler, regional managing director for Lovell, said: “We are thrilled to have been awarded this gold accreditation by Investors in People in recognition of our people. At Lovell our employees are extremely important to us, and I’m very proud to see that the emphasis we place on supporting our staff has been recognised. The East Anglia region of Lovell currently has projects in Holt, Fakenham, King’s Lynn, Newton St Faith, Wymondham and Gislingham, with a further four developments expected to launch this year.
