Homebuyers are being encouraged to visit Lovell Homes’ Heath Farm development at its ‘The Great British Move’ event in Holt on Saturday 14th September, where baking star Frances Quinn will be hosting live baking demonstrations of her most popular recipes in the Foxglove showhome kitchen.

The event, which will take place from 12pm to 3pm next Saturday, has taken inspiration from Channel 4’s The Great British Bake Off, which has recently returned for its 10th series.

What’s more, buyers who reserve a home on the day will also receive a free champagne afternoon tea for two at Byford’s in Holt as well as a signed copy of ‘Quinntessential Baking’ by Frances Quinn, who won the fourth series of the popular baking competition in 2013. The voucher will be redeemable on exchange of contracts.

Frances will be baking three treats in the four-bedroom Foxglove showhome throughout the event including ‘Bourbon Brick Brownies’, ‘Honey Bee Bites’ and ‘Coffee Shot ‘Cup’ Cakes’, all of which feature in her book.

Natasha Baring, field sales manager for Lovell, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Frances Quinn to our Heath Farm development in Holt and I’m personally very excited to try all the tasty bakes that she’ll be demonstrating in our showhome kitchen.

“I would encourage any potential purchasers to visit this exciting event at Heath Farm and to see the stunning homes that the development has to offer.

“There will be a number of homes to view on the day and our experienced sales executives will be on hand to answer any questions. Heath Farm has been extremely popular, I’d advise anybody who is interested to act fast.”

Heath Farm is a unique collection of beautifully crafted two, three, four and five-bedroom houses and bungalows with private gardens. The homes have been designed in keeping with the surrounding areas and finished to a high specification.

Perfectly placed to enjoy the very best of the English countryside, buyers can immerse themselves in the acres of beautiful outdoor space at Holt Country Park and enjoy miles of sandy beaches on their doorstep. The development is also under five miles from the stunning North Norfolk coastline.

Buyers will be spoilt for choice in Holt with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants and small independent shops just a short stroll from Heath Farm.

Currently, homes at Heath Farm are priced from £245,000. For further information call 01263 223 497 or visit https://www.heathfarmholt.co.uk/.
