Gold award for customer satisfaction

Share

We have once again been recognised with a prestigious award for our outstanding customer service, receiving a Gold award from specialist market research company In-house Research.

Wholly independent and based purely on customer feedback, the In-house Research award recognises the committed approach to customer service and consistently high building standards Lovell delivers. Last year, every Lovell Homes customer who completed and purchased a home was given the chance to complete the survey, giving them a fair and equal opportunity to provide feedback on their experience of buying a new Lovell home.

The survey asked respondents a number of questions about their experience of purchasing  their homes. Lovell in East Anglia got a recommended score of 98 per cent. It’s only through delivering an exceptional service throughout the customer journey that recommendation scores reach this level, so thank you so much to all our customers who took the time to recommend us.

Simon Medler, our regional managing director of Lovell in East Anglia, said:

We are thrilled to have been recognised with a prestigious Gold award from In-house Research. We do everything we can to make sure our customers have a great experience when buying a Lovell home and this award reflects the dedication of every single team member that goes above and beyond to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. As always, the success of Lovell in East Anglia is down to our friendly team and I would like to thank each of them for their commitment to delivering quality homes across the region.
