First time buyers at the ready as Lovell Homes launches next phase of apartments at Hatfield Rise


The next phase at Hatfield Rise, in High View, is being launched by Lovell Homes on Saturday 28 January. It will be the first chance to reserve at Aspect House and Vista House, a collection of 48 one and two bedroom apartments starting from £284,500, all properties come with parking* (subject to T&Cs) and will be ready to move into this summer.

The mixed used scheme will boast a range of commercial on the ground floor including a convenience store.

Hatfield Rise, a partnership between Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council and Lovell Homes, was launched a year ago with the first phase selling out in three months. This impressive new development is leading the town’s ambitious plan to provide more quality new homes and also includes a collection of stunning three bedroom townhouses which are over 60% sold.
