Leading partnerships developer Lovell Homes is encouraging Wiltshire property seekers to explore the stunning showhomes at Drummond Park, on the former Defense Medical Equipment Depot in Ludgershall, and be inspired by the unique interior design choices on display.
Drummond Park is a beautiful collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, perfect for young professionals, couples and growing families alike.
There are three showhomes at the development, each of which has its own individual style. All three showhomes have been designed by Sunrise Interiors, who have years of expertise in interior design.
Interested property seekers can book an appointment to tour the showhomes in person, or head over to Lovell Homes’ website to watch a video all about the showhomes’ interior designs, at Drummond Park.
The three-bedroom Lansdown was designed with the local area in mind and reflects the wonderful Wiltshire countryside.
The calming nature inspired design is found throughout the house, including in the fourth bedroom which is set up to function both as a beautiful homeworking space, or an inviting bedroom for guests.
Claire Gillard, Director at Sunrise Interiors, said: “The lush greens are reflected in fern printed cushions and minty aqua sofas, the summer skies can be seen in pale teal features and the colour scheme is complimented by natural oak furniture and an abundance of plants.”
Over in the four-bedroom, two and a half storey Ombersley, luxury is at the heart of the design.
Claire commented: “The starting point for the designs was the richly embroidered mulberry pink and charcoal fabric found on the stunning lounge cushions. Downstairs is filled with opulent features, such as dramatic oversized mirrors in the lounge and gunmetal accent tables. The kitchen is adorned with exotic palm wallpaper, and the top floor is filled with shadowy pinks and greys and plump pink cushions that create a haven of comfort and refinement.”
The four-bedroom Stockwood is an ideal family home that combines plenty of style with all everything needed for a family to function.
Claire said: “The heart of the home is the dramatic, deep indigo kitchen, with copper accents and a kitchen island perfect for family breakfasts, and the living room, decorated with stunning glass beaded wallpaper.
“Upstairs is an elegant main bedroom, with beautiful wallpaper with coppery trailing leaves to match the downstairs colour scheme, and an exciting children’s bedroom. Inspired by children’s love of space, there is a feature wall with an inky blue background and silver stars and planets, a burnt orange duvet with a space shuttle pattern, a model spaceship and plenty of astronomy books.”
Suzie Hewitt , regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “We are absolutely delighted with how the showhomes at Drummond Park have turned out. We have worked with Sunrise Interiors in the past and they always do an excellent job of conceptualising a customer and designing a home that’s perfect for them.
“Having such unique designs is a great way to show the potential of the homes here and how residents can make them completely their own and able to fit their exact needs as a homebuyer.”
