Educational Bee-Bots donated to Suffolk Primary School

Share

We recently purchased some Bee-Bot sets for the children at Walsham Le Willows CEVC Primary School, near to our development at The Acorns.

The fun educational robots are designed to be used for children aged five and over, teaching control, directional language and programming. They are very simple for children to use, simply pressing the directions one after the other. The Bee-Bot will obey the given instructions and can retain up to 40 commands.

We caught up with Sasha Bainbridge, our Partnerships Manager, at Lovell, who said: Bee-Bots are fun, engaging and educational, and will support the children at the school. Children love to explore and investigate, and the best part is that children are learning without realising, due to the fun aspect of the Bee-Bot. Lovell cares about the communities we build and it is wonderful to hear from the school how much enjoyment and excitement they have created in the classroom.

“Thank you to Lovell for your donation to our school, which will enable our younger children to get a really good grasp of computer programming, whilst being a fun and enjoyable activity. We really appreciate the donation.”
