We have therefore taken the decision to close all our show homes and marketing suites and to conduct all business by telephone or digital contact with immediate effect.

We remain open for business through our website and by telephone, supported by our dedicated sales executives and regional sales teams, who remain contactable and who are on hand to support you in these uncertain times.
New and existing customers can still contact our marketing suite and regional sales teams by telephone and through our website. We are working on ways to support and serve you better in these rapidly changing times. This includes offering telephone and video appointments for registering your interest through to reservation and throughout the sale process. We encourage you to use the tools on our website, including the latest availability of new homes, their pricing, the ability to download brochures and virtual tours of many of our show homes including 360 VR for those with headsets at home. You will also be able to request a call back and make a telephone appointment with an independent mortgage advisor if this helps you to progress your purchase.
If you are a customer of Lovell Homes who has recently reserved a Lovell Homes property but have not yet moved in, we can assure you that we are doing all we can to ensure your move goes smoothly and with minimal inconvenience to you. For those purchasers whose completions are due to take place this week, our sales teams will be in touch to make any specific arrangements you may require. We are commencing the process of suspending our site activities until further notice. Limited operational presence will remain on site for the short term to carry out the essential task of making the sites safe, and of course, trying to hand over properties to our clients and purchasers who are looking to move over the coming days. We remain committed to delivering partnership homes and will work with our partners to ensure we recommence operations as soon as possible. However, we want to be upfront with our customers to the fact that your homebuying experience may be impacted by COVID-19 safety measures. We will endeavour to keep you updated and informed of any changes.
For customers already living in a Lovell Homes home, we want to provide the best after sales service we can, so while we may take longer to respond on some occasions as the situation develops, we remain absolutely committed to resolve any issues you may have and will continue to prioritise emergencies.
