A couple from Telford have found their dream home at Lovell Homes’ current Queensbury Park development in Priorslee.
53 year old Carpenter, Andrew Dovey and his wife 48 year old Funeral Arranger Julie purchased their dream home at the development after searching for the ideal new build property in Telford and the homes at Queensbury Park ticked all their boxes.
Previously living in a 1930s bungalow in Oakengates, the couple have upgraded to a stylish four-bedroom Blenheim style home at the popular development. Creating the perfect blank canvas for the couple to start again with their décor, the style and layout of the new home has proved the perfect home for Andrew and Julie.
Out of all the new builds we viewed, the Lovell ones were the best. Andy said the houses were well-built and as a carpenter he would know! “We chose a new build so we could move into somewhere that was a beautiful and comfortable space to relax in and that didn’t need constant maintenance. We love our new home and look forward to settling into the development properly. “The Blenheim was our chosen home style as it ticked all the boxes for our life style and we could really imagine ourselves living there. The open plan kitchen/dining area that opens out onto the kitchen was exactly what I was after. We love everything about the home! “Our moving experience went very smoothly. Lovell was amazingly supportive from the outset and throughout, going the extra mile to make sure we could get the keys when we wanted to. We simply can’t fault the team.
With an open plan kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room, downstairs bathroom, four double bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ensuite to bedroom one, the Blenheim style home is the perfect home for growing families, upsizers and downsizers. The couple and their family were so impressed with their new Lovell home, that their son has now enquired about a property on the development.
