Hayley Davis, Designer at Edward Thomas Interiors, said: “The interior design of this home was inspired by autumnal colour palettes and I wanted it to have an elegant feel too. I used a deep rich colour to give the home warmth, whilst adding the grey to keep it contemporary.
“For the children’s bedrooms I wanted to incorporate the nearby Pensthorpe Natural Park which is known for its flamingos and I thought a quirky pink flamingo theme would work well, especially as they are very on-trend at the moment. There is also an adventurer bedroom to follow the theme of the Park, which has a safari trail.”
Adrian Garrood, regional sales manager at Lovell said: “The showhome launch event was extremely well attended and we received lots of positive comments on the interior design and the layout of the home.
