We are pleased to announce that six new Lovell Homes at St Edmund’s Park, Acle, will be ready to move into before the end of 2021. With the temporary marketing suite onsite now open, and two showhomes planned for September, now is a great time to check out all this idyllic location has to offer.

Growing up in Acle himself, David Methold is the senior sales executive at St Edmund’s Park and knows the area well. He says “It’s a wonderful area for families, with so many amenities and things to do. It has a local, community feel about the place, the schools and town centre are within walking distance, plus it has great rail and bus links.”

The five-star homes available by the end of 2021 are plot one – a four-bed Ashdown detached home with double garage; plot two – a three-bed Leaside detached with garage; plot three, a three-bed Newbury home; plot five – a two-bed Gainsborough, plot seven – a three-bed detached Drayton bungalow with garage and plot 134 – a four-bed Shrivenham with double garage. Prices are yet to be confirmed but the government-backed Help to Buy scheme will be available for first time buyers here.

In total, 69 stylish houses will be built at St Edmund’s Park for the open market, with an additional 68 affordable rent and shared ownership properties for the Clarion Housing Group, the UK’s largest social landlord.

These Lovell homes really are in a brilliant location. The picturesque market town of Acle is at the gateway to the Norfolk Broads National Park with over 125 miles of navigable lock-free waterways set in beautiful countryside. It is also within easy reach of Norwich, as well as having sandy beaches and scenic walks on its doorstep. Acle is full of 17th and 18th century buildings, with St Edmund’s church dating back as far as the 13th century, which this Lovell development is named after.
