Shropshire home seekers are being encouraged to enquire about the popular properties at Lovell Homes’ Queensbury Park development in Priorslee, Telford, where almost 60% of homes have already sold.

Situated on York Road, Queensbury Park is a stunning collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

The development currently has a selection of homes to move into for Christmas, including the four-bedroom Castleford style home, priced from £293,500. Offering space for the entire family across three floors, whether buyers need space for an office, a chill-out room or somewhere to exercise, this property layout has it all.

Additional features include a spacious living room with French doors leading out onto the turfed and fenced rear garden. There is also a contemporary kitchen/dining room situated at the front of the property, with a cloakroom, storage cupboard and single garage providing ample amounts of space for the whole household.

The first-floor features two generously-sized bedrooms, with a family bathroom and en-suite to bedroom one. Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms, an additional family bathroom and two storage cupboards.

Trish Foster, regional sales director at Lovell, said: “We’re thrilled at how successful Queensbury Park has been so far, and we’re very excited to welcome prospective buyers with bookable appointments to explore our wonderful showhomes. “I’d encourage any potential purchasers to quickly get in touch without delay to avoid missing out, as the homes at this development are extremely popular and we don’t anticipate they’ll be around for long.”

Homebuyers can now save up to £15,000 when purchasing a home at Queensbury Park, with new Government rules stating that there will be no Stamp Duty to pay on properties up to the value of £500,000 on all sales taking place before 31st March 2021.

These properties can also be purchased with just a 5% deposit using the Government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme. The remaining amount is made up from a 75% mortgage and a 20% equity loan, which is interest free for the first five years.

The development’s marketing suite and showhomes are open for keen house hunters to visit with bookable ‘’VIP’ appointments, where buyers will be offered dedicated time with the sales executives and a showhome tour.

With the town centre less than three miles away, Telford has plenty to offer, including Telford Shopping Centre which offers a great selection of shops and restaurants. For families, Priorslee is perfectly located for schools with good Ofsted ratings nearby.

Excellently connected, Telford’s Central Railway Station close-by provides direct routes to Birmingham and Shrewsbury, and the nearby M6 gives convenient access to Birmingham and Stoke-on-Trent.

Current availability includes three-bedroom homes priced from £224,950 and four-bedroom homes priced from £293,500.

Queensbury Park is open by appointment only, Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm, and 11am to 5pm on Mondays. For further information and to book your appointment, call 01952 701 731 or visit https://www.lovell.co.uk/developments/queensbury-park/.
