60 new homes coming soon to Stradbroke

We will soon be starting work on a new 60 home development at The Street, Stradbroke in Suffolk.

The development, called All Saints Green, and named after the parish church, will include a range of two, three and four-bedroom houses and two and three bedroom bungalows available for open market sale through Lovell, with 39 of the homes available on the open market and the remainder being affordable or shared ownership.

Work on the first homes is expected to get underway in the late autumn, with phase one homes being available in spring next year. A show home and marketing suite will be on site later next summer.

We caught up with Simon Medler, our regional managing director, who said: “Stradbroke is a lovely place to live and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Although a rural community, the village has great transport links with main line rail links to London, Ipswich and Norwich a short drive away in Diss.

“The range of new properties on offer at All Saints Green means there will be something for every buyer and early birds can register their interest now. We pride ourselves on the value we provide and the design and quality of the homes we build, and environmental credentials are important to us too, with every home including an air source heat pump for heating and hot water.

“We are sure All Saints Green will be as popular as our other nearby sites have been, with homes at Gislingham being snapped up as soon as they came on sale and The Acorns at Walsham-le-Willows now on sale and also proving very popular.”

A variety of buying options will be available, including the government-backed Help-to-Buy scheme for first time buyers.
