Applies to the Town of Louth, East Lindsey District & the Adjacent parishes of Keddington, Stewton, Legbourne, Raithy cum Maltby, Hallington, Elkington or Brackenborough with Little Grimsby:

Was born in one of the above areas and currently lives there or,
Has permanently resided in one of the above areas or,
Used to permanently live in one of the above areas but has been forced to move away because of the lack of affordable housing or,
Is currently permanently employed in one of the above areas or,
Needs to reside in the town of Louth to give or receive family care and support.

The Scheme also applies to anyone on the Council’s housing register.

Allocation will be on a priority basis based on the above criteria. All applications will be assessed by East Lindsey District Council.
