Specific terms and conditions – Mortgage Assist - Up to £1000 towards your mortgage for 12 months
- This is an offer for cashback on completion of an amount up to the cost of your mortgage payments for up to 12 months, up to £12,000. Subject to the terms set out below. Payment will be made by a deduction from funds due on completion. Payment is subject to lenders’ approval.

- Actual cashback payment amount is based upon your mortgage offer.
