We have national coverage and excellent relationships with land agents, consultants, and public land owners. This allows us to find land for our clients when they need to source opportunities.
We also have a range of in-house consultants including architects, planners, cost estimators and surveyors who are able to carry out feasibilities. This allows clients to work with us and develop the scheme that is most appropriate for them.
Because we develop our own housing for sale, we have experience of valuing and assessing sites that many contractors lack. However, our partnership ethos means that unlike housebuilders, we are able to work with clients and see the site from their perspective as well. It really gives our partners the best of both worlds.
Funding developments has become harder over recent years. At Lovell we have the benefit of the Morgan Sindall Group which provides a strong, stable financially sound parent company and assists us by providing funding for land purchase. We have also developed some innovative methods of funding with our sister company Morgan Sindall Investments Limited (MSIL).
MSIL raise finance from private funders and this has allowed us to develop projects without public funding. For instance we are currently developing a range of Care and Support housing entirely funded through MSIL. We are also developing options for Local Asset Backed Vehicles including our successful project in Slough.
