Wiltshire developer launches Part Exchange scheme for New Homes Week

In celebration of New Homes Week, which is running from Monday 27th February to Friday 3rd March, leading developer Lovell Homes is launching Part Exchange at its popular Drummond Park development in Ludgershall, and hosting a weekend event for interested homebuyers.

Drummond Park, on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot, is a beautiful collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, perfect for young professionals, couples and growing families alike.

The Part Exchange event at Drummond Park is taking place on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th March, 10am to 5pm.

Current homeowners looking to make the move to a brand-new home will be able to meet with the sales team and an Independent Mortgage Advisor from ABP Mortgages, to learn how they can purchase at the development by Part Exchanging their current property. Part Exchange specialists The New Homes Group will also be available on Saturday to answer questions over the phone.

Part Exchange offers homeowners a guaranteed cash buyer for their home, without them needing to pay expensive estate agent fees and without worrying about traditional chains collapsing at the last minute.

A Lovell Homes representative will view the existing property and take advice from independent estate agents on its value, before making an offer. Upon acceptance, the developer will immediately reserve the buyer’s chosen Lovell home, meaning they can relax knowing their dream home is secured.

Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “We are hugely excited to be launching Part Exchange, especially as part of New Homes Week.

“Part Exchange is a wonderful scheme that provides buyers with peace of mind, allowing them to plan ahead and look forward to moving into their fantastic new home. Our friendly team will be on hand to answer any queries homeowners may have, and ensure the move is as stress-and-hassle-free as possible.

“We’re looking forward to introducing Part Exchange to interested house hunters at our Drummond Park event this weekend, and would encourage anyone who is interested in the scheme to get in touch without delay.”
