    Doncaster Lakeside is a deservedly popular local: close by is the famous Lakeside Village with its designer outlet stores, and the Dome entertainment, sport and leisure complex, where you can swim, skate, play, work-out, or go and see your favourite band perform.     Doncaster is home to the world's oldest classic horse race, the legendary St Leger which takes place every September.
