Delivered nationally by local community focused workforces, we provide a complete pre-planned maintenance service, including planned maintenance strategy and planned repairs.
The fact that Lovell was the first housing refurbishment specialist to be awarded the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) Quality Mark for contractors on a national basis says it all about our approach to planned maintenance and refurbishment.
We provide a fully-planned, preventative maintenance and refurbishment service for individual homes – covering low, medium and high-rise properties, as well as all grounds and communal areas. This includes lifecycle replacements, upgrade programmes and adaptations. We refurbish around 20,000 homes a year in the UK, installing kitchens and bathrooms, upgrading heating systems, rewiring, replacing windows, or anything else our customer requires.
Our refurbishment team delivers low-carbon refurbishment as a matter of course. However, we are always looking to set the sustainable construction agenda by funding ambitious pilot projects and exploring green solutions that can eventually be replicated nationally.
We know that it is crucial to be in constant contact with residents, keeping them involved and informed every step of the way. And that is why we value our caring and long-serving Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs). RLOs are at the heart of every refurbishment, providing a constant source of communication and reassurance.
At Lovell, we carry out refurbishment projects that transform people’s lives. Ensuring that residents are safe, happy and comfortable throughout the process is our number one priority.
