A payroll administrator from Ketley Bank in Telford has recently moved into a new home at Lovell’s development The Oaklands in Dawley, where her daughter already lives.

Sarah Moore (48) downsized from a three bedroom semi-detached to a two bedroom end terrace home, after her daughter Samantha (23) and her boyfriend, Michael (23) moved out last year.

Samantha and Michael live in a three bedroom semi-detached home from Lovell’s partner Nuplace at The Oaklands.

Sarah said: “After my daughter and her boyfriend moved out I wanted to live close by whilst letting them have their independence. I am hoping for grandchildren in the near future, so I will only be down the road to support them! When the new homes had started being built by Nuplace, I contacted Lovell to make sure that I could secure my dream home.

“I liked being offered the choice to personalise my new home with Lovell’s ‘Inspirations’ range. I upgraded for a larger wardrobe in the master bedroom and requested neutral colours for the interior design.”

Sarah, who is also a dog trainer, lives with her two poodles Poppy and Kizzie, which she takes to dog trials.

Sarah added: “I also moved to The Oaklands for easy access to Telford Town Park, where I can take my dogs for walks and train them for any upcoming trials. The rear garden is also an ideal space for my dogs to relax when we’re at home.

“This is my first time moving into a new build home and I’ve been very impressed. The sales executives have been friendly and informative throughout the whole buying process. I also like the 10 year NHBC warranty which means that the homes have been built to a high specification.”
