A super-busy few months at its Dewside development in King’s Lynn means Lovell Homes is advising buyers interested in moving to one of these stylish new homes not to delay.

A total of 16 homes have been reserved since the development, off Greenpark Avenue, launched last summer.

Buyers were even snapping up homes in December – bucking the trend at what is traditionally a quiet time for new homes sales – demonstrating the strength of Dewside’s appeal, comments Lovell regional sales manager Adrian Garrood:

“The sales team are absolutely delighted that the development continues to be so popular with homebuyers,” says Adrian. “One of the big attractions is the location with the centre of Lynn so easy to get to. You’ve also got the Lynnsport sports club and athletics centre, one of the country’s biggest sports and leisure facilities, right on your doorstep, making it a great place to live if you’re into keeping fit or would like to become more active.

“Buyers also love the choice of house styles with a wide selection of homes now available, whether you’re buying your first home, moving up the ladder in search of more space, or looking to downsize.”

Another advantage is the availability of the Help to Buy: Equity Loan* scheme, a Government initiatives which enables buyers to secure a brand-new home with just a five per cent deposit. The Government will lend buyers up to 20 per cent of the cost of their new home (with no loan fees for the first five years), with purchasers only needing to find a five per cent cash deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage.

Available to both first-time buyers and those already on the property ladder, it’s a great way of getting more for your money. At Dewside, for instance, using Help to Buy, you could secure the three-bedroom Gaywood house style (Plot 4), now offered at a full price of £210,000 for a deposit of £10,500 (five per cent) and with a 75 per cent mortgage of £157,500 with the Government providing a loan of £42,000 (20 per cent of the value).
