Lovell Homes has started construction of 67 high-quality brand- new homes in Hellesdon, Norwich.

The Firs Park development will create 57 homes for sale and 10 affordable homes in this sought-after residential area on the northern side of Norwich.

Building work has just begun on the scheme in Eversley Road which will transform the brownfield site – a former tile distribution warehouse – with a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments for sale as well as 10 affordable one- and two-bedroom apartments and bungalows.

Set for overall completion in spring 2018 – with the first new homes set to be available in spring next year - Firs Park will answer the growing need for new open market and affordable homes locally, providing modern homes designed and built to the highest standards.

A range of house styles will ensure there is something to match the requirements of every resident, including first-time buyers, single people, couples, families and downsizers, with the development set to include properties available through the Government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan Scheme* which allows purchasers to secure a brand-new home with a five per cent deposit. The 10 affordable homes will be available for both and rent and shared ownership through Victory Housing Trust.

In a convenient location, around three miles north of the city centre and with easy access to the city’s outer ring road as well as Norwich Airport and the Airport Industrial Estate, Firs Park has infant, junior and secondary schools nearby.
