Imagine being given £6,000 to ease your path through university. Imagine being guaranteed paid work in your chosen industry during holidays. And imagine being able to join a leading housebuilder at the end of your degree – a company where you already feel part of the team. Imagine Inspire.

The Inspire programme, run jointly with ConstructionSkills, gives exceptional students a unique opportunity to pursue their construction-based degree with the support of one of the country's leading housebuilders. Students can apply for Inspire only once, and only before their first year at university. Each Lovell-sponsored student receives £2,000 per year for three years, as well as paid work experience during the summer holidays of years one and two.

Lovell acts as a source of information, support and advice throughout the three years of the student's degree, providing them with unrivalled real-world insights and experience.

Students must be of the highest calibre to join the Lovell Inspire programme, with predicted A-level grades at A or B. Holding the Construction & Built Environment Diploma particularly at Advanced Level would be an advantage.  Equally important as academic strength is a genuine passion for, and commitment to, the construction industry. Although the student is under absolutely no obligation to join the company on completion of their degree, Lovell is looking for the next generation of leaders for its business and hopes the Inspire programme will help us find them.

Closing date for applications is the May before students start their first year at university in the Autumn.
