The South East region of Lovell's repairs and maintenance division provides responsive and void repairs across London and the South East of England . Whilst public sector housing is our primary sector, we also provide services to Local Authority public buildings, Education Authorities and Emergency Service Authorities. At Lovell in the South East we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent service to residents – first time and to a high quality standard. Using our innovative IT solutions we have a truly mobile, flexible and highly-skilled workforce who are equipped to respond to our customer's needs. Equally, we are proud of our leading training and career development schemes, ensuring that our people have the skills, competence and opportunities to develop in their roles, and deliver innovation and outstanding performance through their work. We are an operating region of the national Lovell responsive maintenance business which acts as an autonomous business, responsible for our own strategic planning, operational resourcing and commercial reporting, all of our work is underpinned by our wider business processes and supported by our parent company, Morgan Sindall Group plc.
