ACT FAST, SAYS HOUSEBUILDER AS APARTMENTS BECOME AVAILABLE IN DUDLEY
"If previous experience is anything to go by, these apartments won't be available for long," says Jen Playford-Barnes, Sales Advisor at Lovell's Priory Park development in Dudley. "Being so perfectly placed on the edge of town and also on a direct route into Birmingham, this is such a great location for people working nearby. The apartments themselves are beautiful too, and several even have their own Juliet balcony".
The stylish new apartments in Dudley, will be finished early next year but Lovell is encouraging potential buyers to register their interest now if they are serious about buying one. Previous apartments on this site have sold quickly, many off-plan.
The apartments have a good-sized bedroom with fitted wardrobe. The living room is bright and well-proportioned, with an open-plan kitchen making for a sociable and convenient living space. The kitchens are fitted out to a high specification.
With these apartments likely to prove popular with first-time buyers, the company is able to offer a range of products to help buyers make their move, including Match and Move, a 10-year interest free loan that makes mortgages more affordable. Under Match and Move, Lovell loans buyers up to 10% to match their deposit - and this loan is interest-free for up to 10 years. Other excellent deals are available too.
Lovell also has a range of two, three and four bedroom homes for sale and visitors are very welcome to go along to the development on the Tipton Road, near the Black Country Museum.
Opening Times ar 10am until 5pm each day, excluding Tuesday and Wednesday. Call 01384 243690 for more information.
EXCEPTIONAL FAMILY LIVING SPACE IN DUDLEY
Housebuyers in Dudley can now choose a three-bedroom family home which has extra living space to suit their lifestyles perfectly. Lovell has three styles of home to choose from, two of which - the Cedar and the Aston - have a generous dining room as well as a large kitchen on the ground floor, while the Blakedown has a large kitchen-dining room and also a perfect study room off the welcoming entrance hall.
As Lovell always builds its homes larger than most other developers, all of the houses also have well-sized bedrooms and bathrooms as well as extra unexpected cupboards, storage spaces and wardrobes. The kitchen faces on to the garden, and there is a small hallway from the back door to the kitchen with the downstairs cloakroom just off the hallway.
Not only will buyers find extra space in a Lovell home but they will also find interesting spaces. The living rooms in these homes are a unique shape and can be furnished in many different ways. This might include creating separate, defined areas so that the family can be watching television in one part, while someone else reads or plays games in another part. The houses are designed to give the buyer as much flexibility as possible so they can use the living space exactly to meet their particular needs.
"These really are exceptional houses that sell themselves to visitors" says Jen Playford-Barnes, Sales Advisor. "However, what most visitors comment on when they look around is just how quiet this development is, considering how close it is to Dudley centre. It really is a haven of peace and quiet, which current residents really enjoy".
Considering the extra features these houses offer and their location in the heart of Dudley, they are exceptionally well priced at £168,950 for the Cedar and £169,950 for the Aston and Blakedown. The Cedar is currently a showhome so visitors to the site can see how it might look once it is tastefully furnished.
Lovell has many schemes in order to make it easier for buyers to buy their new home - visitors should consult the Sales Advisor for more information. The Cedar and Aston homes are also available through Homebuy Direct, the Government-run scheme that offers loans towards the purchase of a new home on selected developments. Buyers purchase a minimum of 70% of the market value of the property, while the scheme provides a loan of up to 30%. There are no payments on the loan for the first five years. After five years there is a fee of 1.75%, which increases annually in line with inflation. After buyers have bought via Homebuy Direct, they can buy additional shares at a later date until they own 100%.

NEW SCHEME FROM LOVELL MAKES FIRST-TIME BUYERS DREAMS COME TRUE.
Lovell, which has a popular development of houses and apartments in Dudley, has launched a brand new initiative designed to help buyers who do not have enough deposit saved to get the best mortgage details. ‘Match and Move' is a 10-year interest free loan that makes mortgages more affordable.
Now it is hoped that buyers at Priory Park in Dudley will be able to make a purchase instead of continuing to save for their deposit or trying to increase the size of the deposit to access the best mortgage deals. Under Match and Move, Lovell loans buyers up to 10% to match their deposit - and this loan is interest-free for up to 10 years.
For example, if a purchaser wanted to buy a £150,000 Lovell home and had a £7,500 deposit, Lovell would match that with another £7,500 as an interest-free loan. So the buyer would only need to find a mortgage for £135,000 - and with a larger deposit, they'd open up a whole range of better, lower-rate mortgages.
Lorraine Kendrick, Regional Sales Manager for Lovell, comments:
"We're always looking for ways to help people who really want to buy one of our homes, and this new initiative is in direct response to the needs of our buyers and potential buyers. Buyers save hard for their deposit these days - they have to - so it's a real boost to them if we can give them the same amount again. With ten years to repay the loan and no interest to pay, it gives buyers plenty of time. I'm looking forward to seeing this scheme making a first new home possible for many people in Dudley."
Lovell has a range of houses for sale and visitors are very welcome to go along to the development on the Tipton Road, near the Black Country Museum 10am-5pm each day, excluding Tuesday and Wednesday, to look around the three bedroom showhome. Call 01384 243690 for more information. Prices for two bedroom homes are £142,950 and start at £168,950 for three bedroom homes.
HOMEBUY DIRECT COMES TO PRIORY PARK
Attractive new homes at Lovell's Priory Park, Dudley, are now available to purchasers eligible under the Government’s HomeBuy Direct shared equity scheme.
Designed to make new homes more affordable for first-time buyers or key workers, HomeBuy Direct offers an equity loan for up to 30% of the purchase price, with no repayments for the first five years.
We have two and three bedroom homes available on the HomeBuy Direct scheme, with prices from £142,950.
Sales Advisor Jen Playford-Barnes says: "There is now only a handful of homes available on the current phase at Priory Park, although we will be starting on the next phase of homes and apartments shortly. At the moment, we have the facility to offer HomeBuy Direct to qualifying purchasers on seven plots. This is only available for a limited period so anyone who is interested in the scheme should get in touch as soon as possible."
