Lovell East Anglia gets full marks for customer satisfaction
Lovell East Anglia is delighted to report that 100% of home buyers at The Moorcrofts in Reepham responding to survey, would be willing to recommend them to their best friend.
This unbeatable statistic is the result of feedback received from Lovell's new home owners in a survey carried out by In-house Research and Training Ltd of Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire. The company contacted new Lovell East Anglia homeowners following their individual legal completions, to try to identify any potential areas for improvement in the service they receive.
Simon Medler, Regional Director for Lovell East Anglia, is delighted with the results which he says reflects the company's aim of making customer satisfaction their number one priority. He also says the results came at exactly the right time.
"We are about to embark on a new initiative called service delivery", Simon explains, "and we will nominate key staff in each region to be our ‘service delivery champion'. However, ahead of this getting underway we have already implemented various changes and wanted to assess what sort of impact they are having.
"For example, we have introduced a 24-hour customer care line which ensures customers can speak to a member of our team no matter what time of the day or night they call.
"Another key element is the excellent relationships that our experienced development sales advisors forge with new home owners. They are there not only to agree the sale but to help with any issues that may arise along the way. They are always available to help and ensure they keep all parties informed when necessary.
Simon concludes, "I would like to congratulate the whole team at Lovell East Anglia. They have all worked hard to achieve this result."
