The London region of Lovell provides affordable housing and property refurbishment services across London and the South East of England. We focus on the provision of new and refurbished housing for both public and private sectors through mixed-tenure developments and partnered refurbishment programmes.

At Lovell London, we are passionate about regeneration. Our key aim is to support the physical, economic and social renewal of neighbourhoods, strengthening communities and providing sustainable solutions for present and future generations.

We always seek to work with local businesses, suppliers and subcontractors, both large and small, in the delivery of projects. Equally, we are proud of our leading apprenticeship schemes, employing local school leavers and job seekers via our Craft Training Academy, and supporting them in the development of a range of construction skills under the expert direction of our subcontractors.

Where possible we aim to procure work through strategic partnering arrangements with key clients, as opposed to competitive tendering. As such, we are experienced in delivering complex schemes incorporating a whole range of residential, commercial and community facilities. See projects in this region for some examples of our recent work.

Although we operate as an autonomous business, responsible for our own strategic planning, operational resourcing and commercial reporting, all of our work is underpinned by our wider business processes and supported by our parent company, Morgan Sindall plc. As a company we are committed to promoting positive environmental, health and safety, equal opportunities, employment and training, and customer service policies, and our progress against these is regularly monitored.

These pages provide an overview of our work. Please contact us if you require any further information.
