City and County of Swansea Building Control Built in Quality Awards 2006 - Winner

Swansea Building Control, through their Built in Quality Awards Scheme, recognise good building and excellent construction which go above and beyond the minimum building regulations standards.

Lovell in Wales and the South West received an award for their residential development, consisting of a mixture of houses and bungalows, at Mount Crescent, Penllergaer.
