 East Anglia

  • Lefroy Road & Bowers Avenue

    The scheme, valued at £2.5 million, was to redevelop brownfield council land within a residential setting to provide modern, sustainable and innovatively designed homes which would sympathetically blend with existing housing.

 East Midlands

  • Mount View, Melton Mowbray

    This new build development totals 43 traditional units, comprising of 27 open market, 13 supported living and 2 standard units for Leicester Housing Association, and a short break centre for Melton Borough Council.

 London

  • Kilnfields

    This project, valued at £14 million on completion, involved the development of 86 new build homes, divided between open-market sales, shared ownership and affordable housing.

Midlands

  • Farnborough Road, Castle Vale

    This project, valued at £22.7 million on completion, involved the design and build of 237 units as part of a £330 million regeneration programme.

North East

  • Miles Platting neighbourhood, Manchester

    This refurbishment programme, funded by a Private Finance Initiative, will transform the Miles Platting neighbourhood in Manchester.

North West

  • Whitworth, Trans-Pennine Partnership

    This development, valued at £1.56 million on completion, involved the refurbishment of 109 properties of various traditional and non-traditional construction types.

Scotland

  • Windygoul

    Lovell provided a range of solutions and build services for this exciting new sustainable development.

Wales & South West

  • St Mary's Field

    This project, valued at £16.4 million on completion, used open-market house sales to subsidise a vital low-cost home ownership scheme.
