Mixed tenure

Mixed tenure is not just one of the services we offer, it is what we do. Since 1972, we've been generating belief and pride in communities, through the careful - yet imaginative - design of mixed tenure developments. And we've always given you, our customers, more for your money.

High standards

We build every house to the same high quality and specification so homes for sale on the open market sit happily next to those available for shared ownership, those for rent, and those for key workers. This leads to a more coherent community, where everyone can enjoy the same high standards.

Of course, mixed tenure often also includes community buildings as well as homes, which we are able to provide thanks to our open market sales. Such is our vast experience and expertise, we are able to maximise land values, which is key to providing affordable units to residents.

Reviving communities

New homes and community buildings combine with all our other offerings - refurbishment, training, recruitment of a local workforce - to revive communities. Using the latest urban design and architecture, we can help make a bold statement about new beginnings.

By making developments secure by design and by giving them a new infrastructure, we also give communities a new heart. A community can be drawn out of its former circumstances and become an attractive place to live, where homes sell on the open market and investment is attracted inwards.

Consultation

In mixed tenure developments, we consult heavily with residents. It is crucial that they believe in the work we are doing. We give them choices so they can stamp their own individuality on a development and feel as if they belong.

Lovell has a vision and a belief that few, if any, can match. This is why we are able to succeed, even in the most challenging areas.
